&lt;p&gt;O reteta foarte rapida si simpla din care ies cookies foarte ciocolatosi, moi si gumosi la interior si usor crocanti la exterior.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Reteta&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Pentru 8 Cookies&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;60g unt&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;230g ciocolata neagra 70%&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Se topesc pe baie de aburi.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;94g faina&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;12g cacao&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;4g praf de copt&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2g sare&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Se amesteca intr-un bol.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 oua&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;70g zahar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;70g zahar brun&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 esenta vanilie&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Se bat cu mixerul timp de 5 minute, la viteza medie.
Se adauga untul si ciocolata topita si se mai mixeaza inca 1 minut la viteza medie.
Se integreaza ingredientele uscate cu o spatula.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;85g chipsuri ciocolata&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Se amesteca in aluat, se portioneaza in 8 cookies si  se coc &lt;strong&gt;la 180 C intre 10 si 12 minute&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

O varianta foarte buna este sa folositi lemon curd pentru a acoperi acest cheesecake.rior.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Reteta&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Pentru 1 kg Cheesecake (forma cu diametrul 20cm)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;130g biscuiti cacao&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;65g unt topit&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Biscuitii se maruntesc si se amesteca cu untul topit. Se pun pe baza unei forme de copt cu arc, cu diametrul de 20cm si se baga 5 minute la cuptor, la 160 C.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;400g branza de vaci&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;120g zahar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;80g smantana&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 esenta vanilie&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 oua&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Se amesteca si se toarna peste baza de biscuiti. Se coace la 140 C pana cand marginea este tare dar mijlocul cheesecake-ului se misca usor cand miscam tava.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;250g fructe padure&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;50g zahar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Se pun pe foc mic intr-o oala si se lasa la fiert pana scade lichidul.
Dupa racire, sosul se toarna peste cheesecake.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Pentru 12 Briose&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;225g albus de ou&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2g sare180g zahar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Se spumeaza.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;150g faina&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;5g praf de copt&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;50g nuca cocos&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Se omogenizeaza dupa care se adauga peste albusul batut si se amesteca usor. Se adauga: &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;50g ulei&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coaja rasa de la 1 lamaie&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Se omogenizeaza din nou dupa care se adauga:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;150g nuci si fructe uscate (se pot folosi nuci, alune, migdale, stafide, merisoare, etc)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Se amesteca ultima oara dupa care se umplu 12 forme de briose. Briosele se coc la 180 grade C pentru aproximativ 30 minute, pana sunt maronii deasupra.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;Reteta&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Pentru 12 Cruffins&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;300g faina&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;7gdrojdie uscata&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;40g zahar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Se omogenizeaza si se amesteca cu&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;160g lapte caldut&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Se framanta timp de 3 minute dupa care se adauga&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;50g unt moale&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Se framanta timp de 15 minute dupa care se lasa 45 minute la dospit.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;160g   unt moale (pentru uns)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Aluatul se imparte in 6 parti a cate 90g, fiecare parte se intinde intr-o fasie subtire si lunga dupa care se unge cu 27 g unt si se ruleaza strans. Cele 6 rulouri se tin la frigider 20 minute dupa care se taie pe lung si se aseaza intr-o tava de briose unsa cu unt si tapetata cu faina. Se pune la dospit 2-3 ore.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Se coc la 200 grade C timp de 20-30 minute.&lt;/p&gt;
